Your Profile:

  • You have completed training in freight forwarding or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of professional experience in outside sales in the field of freight forwarding and logistics, ideally with experience in advising customers on Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
  • Experience in inside sales is an advantage.
  • You have extensive knowledge of GDP guidelines and their application in logistics.
  • You possess strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a pronounced customer orientation.
  • You are a true team player: close collaboration with various operational teams, our global network/agents, suppliers, airlines, trucking companies, and customers.
  • You have a solution-oriented and productive working style.
  • You want to make a significant contribution to the further development of sales at NATCO AG.
  • An existing customer portfolio in the field of logistics and/or GDP is an advantage and can ideally be brought into the new position.
  • Very good English skills are essential; knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage.

Your Tasks:

  • You independently negotiate with new and existing customers with a focus on long-term partnerships, particularly in air freight.
  • You are in close contact with the Sales Manager Switzerland, plan and organise regular customer visits, and maintain corresponding reporting in the CRM.
  • You follow up on offers, accept orders, and coordinate the handover to the operational departments.
  • You are responsible for the strategic expansion and optimisation of our business activities in the field of GDP.
  • You analyse market trends and conduct competitive observations to identify opportunities for the expansion of GDP services.
